I have had State Farm agents in 4 different states over the years and have been a customer of State Farm for more than 30 years. I recently moved back to DeMotte. My agents in the other states just did not have the level of knowledge, service, professionalism and kindness that I experience with this Dave Longs agency. In today's society its hard to get a phone call answered, let alone an issue solved. Anytime I call, the phone is answered quickly and my problem is solved in short order. I most often work with Jasmine, Jil, and Jamie and must say they are stellar to work with! Dave you are lucky to have them on your team.

No issues switched here from progressive to insure a vehicle that is always qouted high. Got the best rate out of any insurance company. Am I still paying a high amount yes, but again best rate and good agents work here. Nice to have somewhere local to do buisness with.
